Portable Log Homes
We will Design & Create a Custom Plan for a Portable Log or Log Siding Home for You. Not just the Exterior, but the Interior Floorplan so it fits your Needs. We will then build it to the Dry-In stage, if you prefer to Complete the Interior Yourself. We will do the Rough-in Plumbing and Electrical work, and install and hook up any Fixtures you want us to. Or we can build it to Completed Turnkey and ready to move your Personal Belongings and Appliances in. After we have Delivered it to your Site, we will do any Utility Hookups you want us to do. We can even move your Appliances in and hook them up if wanted. If wanted we can do any Site Preparation needed and get it ready for the Log Home and Set it up. Our Goal is to Offer everything you need done and Ready for you to start Living in, if that is what you want. As well as Build exactly what you want, instead of having to select from a few Standard Plans.
Tiny Log Homes
A Tiny Log Hime would be built on your Building Site. These Log or Log Siding Homes will have everything a Larger Home would have, but just on a Smaller Scale. Typically, they will be from around 300 SF to about 800 SF. Definitely below 1000 SF. They would usually be 1 or 2 Bedroom and 1 Bath, and possibly a Loft that could also serve as a Bedroom. They might be a Better fit if you have a very small Lot. Plus, they will also keep cost lower since the building itself is Smaller. The Appliances would cost the same as they would in a Larger Home, except you might be choosing a Smaller Kitchen Stove, Fridge, Etc. that would be cost a bit less. Since it is Smaller, as long as it is Insulated well it will cost less to Heat.
Again, we will work with you Creating a Custom Floor Plan, Room Arrangement, Etc. to Create the Home that fits your Wants and Needs. If it is to be a Weekend Vacation Home, it might be designed differently that is it was to be a Permanant Residence. It could be built on a Walkout Basement if your Building Site is right for that. Or a Foundation or Concrete Slab.
